VR.50

The award-winning VR.50, formerly the VR-55 Mk II SE, brings performance close to Von Schweikert’s top ULTRA series to a more compact and affordable loudspeaker, with full-range sound even in smaller rooms.

It pairs dual 8.5-inch ceramic woofers with Von Schweikert’s finest underhung ceramic midrange and a beryllium tweeter from the ULTRA series. A rear-firing ribbon tweeter widens the sweet spot and gives the signature holographic imaging.

The drivers sit in critically damped, multi-layer composite cabinets finished in multi-layer automotive paint. The VR.50 can be built fully passive or with the optional Foundation Hybrid Bass System.
