Everest-X is the most advanced power distributor in Shunyata Research’s history. Its patented technologies block noise from the power line and between components, for a quieter background and more dynamic sound. It comes as a vertical tower or a low-profile shelf model, identical inside.
Delta-X brings the TAPc and QR/BB technologies of the Everest-X to an eight-outlet distributor at a far more affordable price, removing RFI, EMI and power-line noise while delivering full peak current.
Both are built by hand at Shunyata Research’s factory in Poulsbo, Washington.
The Altaira-X ground hub gives each of eight components its own filtered connection to ground, so chassis- and signal-grounded components can share one hub without passing noise between them.
Omega-X ground cables make that connection, with two TAPc and CMode modules, 6-gauge VTX-Ag silver and copper conductors and an eight-day KPIP v2 treatment.
Together they lower ground-plane noise across the system for more resolution, clarity and realism.
The T30-X is a high-current power cable developed for Shunyata Research’s Typhon power distributors, to feed the most demanding components.
It uses the 6-gauge VTX-Ag conductors of the Sigma-X line, with Shunyata’s TAPc technology housed in a carbon-fiber tube at the connectors to lower the perceived noise floor and sharpen timing, dynamics and clarity.
Terminations can be customized, including a twist-lock Amphenol, CopperCONN C15/C19 and custom connectors for D’Agostino and Boulder amplifiers, with US, UK, EU and AU mains plugs.
