The MTRS is EMM Labs’ stereo power amplifier: a Class A/B solid-state design delivering 330 W RMS per channel into 4 ohms (400 W dynamic), with no overall feedback, built around Ed Meitner’s completely redesigned high-current Meitner Power Driver.
It stays stable with difficult, complex loads and drives speakers down to 1 ohm with very low distortion and wide bandwidth. A new proprietary power system, fully discrete circuits, fully balanced audio paths, custom ceramic circuit boards and real-time protection for speakers and amplifier complete it.
Like EMM Labs’ reference MTRX and MTRX2 monoblocks, the MTRS is designed and built in Canada. It ships with a custom Kimber Kable power cable and an EMM Labs flight case.
